1. WHAT COMPASS DOES

Compass is an insurance brokerage. The Site provides general information about health, Medicare, group, life, and supplemental insurance and helps connect you with independently licensed insurance advisors.

Nothing on the Site is an offer of insurance or a binding quote. Coverage is not in force until an application is submitted and accepted by the insurance carrier or marketplace, and the first premium is paid where required.

2. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Information on the Site is for general educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Please speak with your advisor about your specific situation.

3. ESTIMATES

Any price estimate shown on the Site is an illustration based on the information you enter and on a snapshot of publicly available rate data. Actual premiums, subsidies, and eligibility are determined by the carrier or marketplace at the time you apply and may differ from the estimate.

4. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

You agree that the information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it. If you submit information about another person, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

The Site may link to websites operated by others, and may show the names and logos of insurance carriers. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content. Carrier names and logos are the property of their owners and are shown to identify carriers whose products may be available through Compass advisors; their display does not imply endorsement.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Compass or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
